DrawPoint

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms govern use of DrawPoint, operated by 7Bay Finances LLC ("7Bay"). By using DrawPoint you agree to them. If you use DrawPoint for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

License

7Bay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DrawPoint for your company's internal business purposes while your company's account is active.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and use DrawPoint only as your role allows. Company administrators are responsible for who they invite and what access they grant.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into DrawPoint or connects to it. You give 7Bay permission to host and process that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounting and payments

DrawPoint can post approved transactions to accounting systems you connect, and, where offered, send payments through a licensed payments partner. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what DrawPoint posts or pays. DrawPoint does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your books and filings.

AI-assisted features

Some features use artificial intelligence to read documents or suggest coding. Suggestions can be wrong; nothing is approved, posted or paid without a person's confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse DrawPoint: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other companies' data, no interference with the service, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DrawPoint available and may improve or change features over time. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

DrawPoint is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. 7Bay disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 7Bay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid for DrawPoint in the twelve months before the claim. A separate written agreement between your company and 7Bay controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Ending use

You may stop using DrawPoint at any time. We may end access if these terms are breached. Your company can request an export of its data when an account ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
