DrawPoint

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

DrawPoint is a construction finance application operated by 7Bay Finances LLC ("7Bay", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information DrawPoint collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this applies to

DrawPoint is used by businesses (our "customers") and the people they invite, such as owners, accountants, project managers, superintendents and foremen ("users"). Each customer controls the data in its own DrawPoint company.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, work email address, role and the company you belong to.
  • Business records you add or connect: bills, invoices, vendors, jobs, cost codes, pay applications, lien waivers, insurance certificates, photos and files you upload, and approvals.
  • Accounting system data: when a customer connects QuickBooks Online (or another accounting system), we access lists and transactions such as vendors, customers and jobs, items, classes, accounts, bills and invoices, only as needed for DrawPoint's features.
  • Usage and security logs: sign-in events, actions taken in the app (for an audit trail), device and browser information, and error logs.

How we use information

  • To provide DrawPoint's features: coding and approving bills, posting approved bills to the customer's accounting system, reports, pay applications and field tools.
  • To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and keep an audit trail of who did what.
  • To support customers and improve DrawPoint.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data for advertising.

Accounting connections

A customer administrator connects an accounting system by signing in to that system and approving access. DrawPoint never sees that password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by DrawPoint's servers. An administrator can disconnect at any time from DrawPoint's Settings page, which revokes access and deletes the stored tokens.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run DrawPoint, including cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery, and, where a feature uses it, artificial-intelligence services that read documents you upload (for example, to read the details on a vendor invoice). If payments are offered, they are processed by a licensed payments partner; DrawPoint does not store bank account numbers. Providers may process data only to deliver their service to us.

Sharing

We share information only with the customer that owns it and the users it invites, with the service providers above, with accounting or payment systems the customer chooses to connect, or when required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access inside DrawPoint is limited by company and by role, so users see only what their role allows. Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep customer data while the customer's account is active. A customer can ask us to export or delete its data; we will delete it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting your company's DrawPoint administrator or us at the address below.

Children

DrawPoint is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates to this page and change the date above. Material changes will be communicated to customers.
